Nonesuch River Golf Club, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Scarborough, Maine.
The course first opened for play in 1997. The 6,300-yard, par 70 layout was designed by Tom Walker whose mission at Nonesuch was to provide a walkable course designed with the average golfer in mind.
Consistent with the first-class design, the greens are built to USGA specifications. The course features bentgrass fairways and greens and the course is fully irrigated.
The course has 4 sets of tee boxes playing from 6,324 yards from the longest set, then 6,000, and 5,611 and 4,960 yards from the red tees.
Nonesuch River Golf Club has a Driving range/Learning Center. The course is located minutes from Exit 6 or 7 off the Maine Turnpike (I-95)

Good course. A bit long from green to tee makes the back nine pretty tiring if you are walking. Friendly staff. Very good practice facility. Reasonable fees. Not usually busy on weekdays. And it's in Maine!
